I'm such a fan of the service at SpinupWP.
Is it for everyone? Certainly not. You're far more "on your own" to deal with issues on your sites.
But if you're comfortable enough to use a service like Digital Ocean, but not comfortable enough to be a full-on database administrator, SpinupWP fills a gigantic need in your life.
Most importantly, keeping everything up to date is super mega simple, and explained in words I understand.

I never write reviews but SpinupWP (the service) is so good that I recommend everyone to try it out. Their blog posts belong to the best in our industry.

The plugin is just for clearing the cache on WP sites running on servers with SpinupWP, and it works, but what is really brilliant is the SpinupWP service itself. I used it from the start on, it improved steadily, and I never had problems.

I've long been a fan of Delicious Brains, and the SpinupWP service is really excellent. The plugin does what it's supposed to, helping to clear the cache when necessary, and adds useful wp-cli commands to do the same.

Makes setting up and managing a server as simple as can be. A timesaver that has me spinning up speedy sites in no time.
The interface is minimal and unintimidating. Unlike many other control panels, I never dread having to work with it.
Delicious Brains is constantly improving SpinupWP and support is knowledgeable and friendly.

As a developer, I'm pretty wary of out-of-the-box server solutions being bloated and over-engineered, but SpinUpWp has clearly been very well thought out, with each server inclusions carefully considered.
While I actually rather like setting up my own box from scratch, it's hard to argue with the enormous time saving SpinUpWP offers (both initially and ongoing) and the modern server environment it creates.
It works fantastically now, but is also quickly evolving so I'm really looking forward to seeing where it heads.
