Host your client sites. Resell them as your own.

One platform to build, host, and manage every client WordPress site, then bill it under your brand, your domain, your prices. Five sites or five hundred.

Client work shouldn't mean five tools and full price for sites no one's using.

The usual setup

Glue, and full price for everything

  • Sandbox, staging, migration, billing, all glued together
  • Full price for every staging and idle site
  • Clients log in to a host that isn't yours
  • The same base stack, rebuilt from scratch every time
With InstaWP

One platform you resell as your own

  • Build, host, stage, migrate, and bill in one place
  • Per site, billed daily. Park idle ones to $2
  • Clients log in to your brand, your domain, your prices
  • New client sites from a saved template, in seconds

Build on a sandbox. Promote to production.

Build a client site on a cheap sandbox, take it live with one plan change (no migration, same URL and data), then keep production and staging in sync for every change after.

  • Build and demo on a $2 sandbox, with real dev tools: SSH, WP-CLI, Git
  • Promote to production with one plan change. No migration, same site and data
  • Clone live to staging, let the client review, push the tested version back
  • Take a snapshot before you go live, so it stays reversible

Build your stack once. Stamp out client sites in seconds.

Save a fully configured site, theme, plugins, content and settings, as a template. Launch a new client site from it in seconds instead of rebuilding from scratch every time.

  • A template is your reusable starting stack, your agency's default build
  • Spin up a fresh client site from a template in roughly 10 seconds
  • Snapshots are restore points: take one before a risky change, roll back in a click
  • Keep a library: a Woo starter, a brochure starter, a membership starter

Manage 100s of sites like it's one.

One dashboard for every client site. Bulk-update, back up, or clone across the whole portfolio, and give your team and clients exactly the access they need. No shared passwords.

  • Select many sites and run one action: update core, back up, or clone
  • Team seats with scoped roles: designer gets staging-only, client gets view-only
  • Magic-login client review links instead of a password spreadsheet
  • SSH, WP-CLI and Git on every site, plus a built-in WordPress MCP for your AI agent

Stop starting from zero every month.

The agency trap is feast or famine: a new proposal every month while the sites you already built earn you nothing. The fix is recurring revenue, and you can stack three lines of it on one platform.

One platform, three recurring lines. Predictable monthly revenue instead of feast or famine.

Resell hosting as your own product.

Your clients sign up, log in, and get billed on your brand and domain. You set the plans and prices. InstaWP runs the infrastructure underneath and never appears.

  • Your logo, your domain, your login screen: a portal that looks built by you
  • You set the prices; the spread over our per-site cost is your recurring margin
  • You own the client and the billing, and can hand off or transfer any time
  • No dev work: a hosted portal plus an API, not a project to build

Run the maintenance. Bill it as a care plan.

The updates, backups, security scans, and uptime checks you already run become a recurring revenue line. Package them as a monthly care plan and send the client a report under your brand.

  • Automated core and plugin updates, daily backups, security scans, uptime monitoring
  • Package it as a recurring care plan and set your own price
  • White-label PDF reports: your logo and brand, sent to the client

Bring a client's site in. Push it out anywhere.

Pull a client's existing site in from their current host to work on it, then push the finished build out to wherever they want it to live. You're never locked into one destination.

  • Migrate a client's site in from any host: files, database, the works
  • Work on it here, then push the finished build out to any destination
  • Never locked in, so you can take any client no matter where their site lives today

Pricing, white-label, and the honest gotchas.

How does per-site, daily billing work?

Each site is billed by the day at its tier (a sandbox is about $0.07/day). Resizes are prorated and nothing is charged upfront, so a fleet bill tracks what's actually running.

Does pausing a site stop the bill?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. A paused site keeps its tier and keeps billing. To cut the cost, park it down to a $2 sandbox or delete it. You only pay a full tier for what's live.

What does my client actually see with white-label?

Your domain, your logo, your plan names and your prices, billed by you. InstaWP never appears. The portal and reselling are the WaaS layer; the white-label suffix domain is a $5/mo add-on.

Can you migrate my existing client sites in?

Yes, free, any volume, with zero downtime. Point us at the current host and we handle the move.

Can I give a designer or client limited access?

Yes. Scoped team roles mean a designer can be staging-only and a client can be view-only on a magic-login review link, with no shared passwords.

Does pushing staging to live overwrite the live site?

No. Sync is selective and two-way: you push the specific changes you choose, snapshot-first so you can always roll back. New orders or comments created on live while you tested are not overwritten.

Your fleet, your brand, your margin.

Host every client site for what it actually costs, resell the whole thing as your own, and run it from one dashboard.
