Good support

This app worked great, untill something went wrong and it stopped work. People cant send me a messages, they see in red "the message cant be send". I don`t know what happened.

Then I triend to change some setting and it started working again, but I didnt see the messages in the text box. I decided to write the support team. They asked me for an acces to my admin wordpress panel and for ftp acces and I gave them the passords. They found and solve the problem fast. The support was great! Now I highly reccomend this plugin!

Bug

A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

installation and upgrade to pro issue

I needed hosting support to install the contact form because some adjustments were required by FTP. Also, the upgrade to contact form pro and multi didn't go smoothly. WEBSOFT support was fast and effective, no major issues. Awesome support from Websoft tech. Many thanks!! I recommend Websoft contact form.

Forget about contact form 7, this is a keeper! I will say I found a couple bugs and they were extremely helpful and resolved them within hours. Highly recommend this plugin!

Plugin not working with current version of WP

This plugin worked great for me for several years. I had an issue recently and mistakenly blamed the WP version. (the issue that popped up was that the footer was blocking the contact page. I still don't know what was causing it; I hadn't made any changes). I have since changed plugins, but this one worked great for me for many years, so on edit, I'm giving it 4 stars. Used this for a simple contact page for a couple of years; today I noticed the layout of my contact page using this plugin is messed up. I spent an hour trying to fix it, and finally decided to use another contact page plugin. ~~After all of that, I noticed that these folks don't seem to be updating their plugin: "Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress."~~

Great Form Great Customer Service

I've been using the free version of this form for years and decided to change one of the fields. Could not figure it out. I contacted them and they walked me through the steps. Even though it took two attempts (totally my misunderstanding) they were patient and used screenshots and asked the right questions to figure out where I had gone wrong. Super support for a free product!
