WS Form LITE – Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder for WordPress

Purchased WS Form Agency level Feb 2024, and have been loving the features and functionality since switching to it from (primarily GF). Blown away with each project or need I'm able to tackle with WS Form. The advanced functionality built into it is awesome -- the integration with custom fields, post management and other features really open it up to create complex, dynamic WP websites.

Tried the free version and after a week, it was so good, I bought the Agency Pro plan! This form plugin in is the best form plugin I've ever used. I can absolutely recommend this plugin!

wsform has got a great knowledge base! As a non-coder I can tell you it's the best! Really great!
The step-by-step explanations, including for the extensions, conditional logic, variables and even the cheat sheets, guided me safely through the setup. And the perfectly prepared demo forms saved me a lot of time and effort and I was able to make my forms even better than I had planned.

And such first-class support! Great product!

This WP form plugin is so powerful, that makes other 'premium' WP form plugin looks retard.

First, the price, the basic paid version covered 99% use cases, the addon can solve tons of business requirements, no custom code required ever again.

Second, the support of this plugin is extremely good, this may sounds crazy, but Mark the developer answer all my enquiries in the last 3 years by himself, becasuse he know every single piece of his product. so we saved huge amount of time because he can immediately tell us what we setup wrong or what we need to do to make it happened.

Third, this plugin is incredibly powerful and has great compatibility with other plugins such as woocommerce and ACF.

Lastly, a big shout out to the developer, Mark!!!

Loving this plugin. Very powerful. Works amazingly with AutomaticCSS and Bricks in particular.

There doesn't appear to be much, if anything, I can't build, — and build WELL — with WS Form.

That said, I came close to giving up on something I just couldn't wrap my brain around. After beating my head against the desk for too long, I sent my scenario and frustrations in to the creator via the support form on the website, and in less than an hour I had a response back with not only the solution, but screenshots and working code that solved my problem! 🤯

As I said to Mark in my reply to that ticket, "Why anyone would ever use any other form solution is baffling to me. Your product is remarkable, as are you."

Have been using WS Form for over a year now and the deep functionality it has is amazing.

I've had a couple of times I got a bit lost in the functionality and clicked a button to many which resulted in a conflict in my form. Reached out to support and they came back to me with a solution within 24 hours.

My form was quite complex and I know it definitely took them a while to figure out the issue—but they did so promptly a happily.

I've also posted in the FB group a couple of times for some more general questions and always get a prompt reply along with the existing documentation that answers my question. The owner Mark is always happy to help and you can see that he genuinely cares about the quality of his product and providing support to his customers.

Five stars all the way, and I definitely recommend WS Form.
