This plug-in is a useful way to showcase Google Reviews. Premium version is worth the cost to showcase all reviews across all platforms.

Pour ma part, il a fallu que je fasse les réglages depuis la page de trustindex pour que cela s'affiche sur mon site... depuis l'extension ça fonctionnait pas.

I was initially excited by this plugin - Facebook & Google integration enables you to reply to reviews with ChatGPT from the Trustindex admin site. Unfortunately, I cannot reply to Google reviews with ChatGPT; Facebook replies do work sometimes, but not always. Google is listed as an unmanaged account in the Trustindex admin site; logging in with the appropriate Google credentials does not allow me to get Google listed as a managed account (I think this is what is preventing me from replying to Google reviews). Trustindex says I am logging in to Google with the wrong credentials, which I am not. The widget works great on the front end of the site, but without the back-end integration, it's a show-stopper. I have also had problems trying to register a second verified email. When I get the verification code to verify the email, the plugin says the code is wrong, so I can't add a second email. I eventually gave up! Leaving a support request on wordpress.org is pointless, they don't respond. The only way they will respond is if you email them directly; their support email address is not easy to find, but you can find one on their website, although it's not a support email. I deleted the first account to reinstall and reconfigure. They do not issue a key to reinstall and continue with the same subscription, so had to pay twice. I asked for a refund for the first subscription, which seemed reasonable, but I have had no response. All in all, my experience with this plugin has been very disappointing. Customer support is everything, and Trustindex is very poor regarding support. From my experience, I would not recommend this plugin. In its simplest form, it may work, but if you want advanced functions for which you need a subscription, you may find yourself very disappointed, as I have. I will be deleting my account and the plugin.

Effective, dynamic & reasonably priced. Best plugin in its category. The developer seems ready and willing to create new additions.
