Great Membership Plugin, with Awesome Support

I've been using WP Members for a couple of years to build out our membership site and I continue to find new and helpful features and capabilities. The support provided by Chad Butler is outstanding with quick turnaround on submitted support tickets, and he's help with issues that are somewhat outside of the scope of WP Members. 5 Stars all the way around.

Great Membership Plugin, excellent support

Very good plugin to manage and display your members. I have the Pro bundle and found lots of possibilities to customise the member properties, way to display the members, restrict pages (or parts) to members only, etc. Unfortunately no Elementor integration, styling the lists and pages are therefor a bit more work and requires CSS knowledge. Also customising the plugin to your needs require some (basic) PHP skills. Support is excellent. Quick, friendly and to the point. If you can't find the solution to your problem in the documentation, support helps you with examples in no time.

I've used this plugin for my sites since 2015. It's very effective and easy to use. If anything goes wrong it is professionaly dealt with by RocketGeek support. I recently had a rare issue with the plugin. Support quickly resolved it and diplomatically explained was a user error (doh!). It's the combination of technical efficacy and good service that makes me continue using this plugin.
