Tidio has completely change my business. To have email support ticketing , messaging etc all in one place makes our client communication now a breeze. Thanks to Arek at Tidio for his amazing support getting my chat bot up and running. The system is very powerful and has endless customizations but can be a bit daunting to learn. There are several videos online, but having Arek help me walk through them helped immensely!

We are a website hosting company. Tidio works great for communicating with website visitors. We get notified on our iPhones and (if we're logged in) on our desktops.

This plugin is very cool to see within your Wordpress Website which can be customise as per your need.

I recently tried tidio out. Decided against it.

Tidio injects loads of shit into your site that you can't easily install such as placing lots of stuff dynamically into caches.

This means even if you uninstall the plugin, Tidio still shows on your website.

Disgusting company with a disgusting product.
