AVOID THE SCAM!

I had signed up to use Swift Performance in 2022 and initially enjoyed the plugin. At the time, I had signed up for the Developer license with a lifetime discount - thinking it was a worthwhile investment. After deploying a number of AI-powered changes, I deprecated the use of the plugin.

Suddenly, in 2025 - they billed my again with an unauthorized charge. They've changed the terms on their website and are claiming it "was always a subscription". You know, because subscriptions bill once every three years.

I contacted their support team the day the charge came through and they were not willing to work to rectify the situation.

Clearly a struggling company desperate for money.

Took our site down

The plugin has landlines in it. There was a particular setting about loopback which I flipped on and the site went down!! It is going into infinite redirects.

Not heard from support yet, its been 10+ hours now.

Break sites, many conflicts and support is very bad, so dont buy premium licens.

Playing 2 days with the light/extra version and must say: I am pretty impressed about the features. Caching works out of the box and speeds my site up. And it has an image and database organizer included and not to forget the plugin organizer. I am a long time WPRocket and Imagify user - but since imagify has dropped the possibility to set the compression level im not that satisfied anymore. Seems that Swift has all the things I would like to see.
