I downloaded the Social Snap Pro application and then requested a return. I was told that a return would be processed, but it hasn’t been done. I’ve sent three emails regarding this, but they haven’t responded. Now, I plan to disclose what you did everywhere and file complaints with the relevant authorities.
I made the mistake of paying for the premium version and am having issues with it. The addons offered won't install. I've contacted support many times and haven't received any answers/help.
Social Snap was a useful plugin until one day, the developers added a huge, ugly branding message at the bottom of pages without permission. (They disguise this branding as a useful feature to copy the page and share it.) There was no setting we could find to disable it.
We'll update this review when the developers remove this forced branding or make it opt-in instead of opt-out by using CSS.
The plugin works seamlessly on all our websites and the support team has been super responsive when we needed them.

This plugin had the exact right balance of features but not TOO many features that I was looking for, and one of the cleanest interfaces as well.
The only issue is that when Social Meta is enabled, it removes the Yoast Schema Graph if you use Yoast. This removal impacts the Google Rich Snippet test, which fails when Social Meta is enabled, but reverts back to a successful test when it's disabled and Yoast is left to manage social meta/open graph. It was a bit alarming to observe since SEO is so critical to our website.
FYI, it also took a few days for the developer to respond, compared to more immediate or same day response times from other social share developers, so you may need more patience if you require support for this plugin.
