Smart Slider 3

Ich suchte ein Plugin, um Geschichten in Bildern zu erzählen. Die Timelines boten zu wenig Platz für den Text und so stieß ich auf Slider 3. Das Programm bietet weit mehr, als der Titel vermuten lässt. Man kann in der freien Version nach Herzenslust alles ausprobieren (auch speichern und nutzen), aber ich habe mich schnell für die Voll-Version entschieden. Sehr fair finde ich auch, dass man kein Abo-Modell hat, sondern eine Einmalzahlung (lebenslang) akzeptiert. Ich nutze das Plugin für komplexe Timelines, Foto-Stories, Seiten Design und auch mal für eine attraktive 404-Error Page. Da gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten. Es funktioniert, hat eine ausgezeichnete Dokumentation und im Fall des Falles antwortet der Support binnen kürzester Zeit. Und auch nicht ganz unwichtig, es macht wirklich Freude, damit Elemente zu erstellen, die echte Hingucker sind.

Does what it advertises to do and I got the pro version for life. It is awesome and works perfect with my Bootstrap LiveCanvas website. It keeps it smooth and it runs fast!

It's incredibly difficult to get the Mobile Slider to look decent on an iPhone. It's been frustrating even after watching all of the videos. It's just not user friendly like others when it comes to responsiveness.

Perfect slider with many options!

This is the third Slider Plugin I have purchased and I have to admit that Smart Slider 3, is so much easier to use and so much faster in terms of performance. It is very intuitive to use, however even as easy it is to use, you cannot just shoot from the hip and not read any of the detailed documentation.
I know people don’t like to read but trust me, the documentation it comes with explains everything and you can be up and running in about 2 hours.

What I also like is that they have a section for potential issues you might run into with caching plugins and they tell you how to fix it.
