In 2018 or so I bought the pro version. For some reason my account was deleted, so I had to buy once again here in 2023. 1½ week ago I asked for support for a minor problem- not finished yet

I have been waiting for days for an answer from support about a problem with your roboto gallery add-on (Ticket # 371) and so far they have not given any answer, therefore, I would like to ask for my money back, could you please tell me the process to do it?

Verwende die Pro Lizenz, einfach fürchterlich dieses Programm.
Videos und Playlist funkionieren überhaupt nicht. Darstellungsfehler in jeden Bereichen. Eure Videos sind doch nur fakes.

Schade um das Geld.

Product not supported

I am working with a Pro license of Robo Gallery and I have had an open ticket related to basic functionality not working for over two weeks with zero response. The product does not work correctly and it is not supported. I do not recommend this plugin.

I spent the past four hours experimenting with popular gallery plugins and was getting discouraged at ever finding one that offered a polished, professional gallery for business photos, not a photographer showcase. It may well do that also, but it is perfect for showing photos and also text that supports the photo. Easy to set up. Truly impressive.
