I use this plugin in several websites. Had a problem once caused by WPML. The developer created a workaround really quick, even though the problem was not caused by his plugin. Excellent support indeed!

Our website have to handle many images, which couldn't be organized without this plugin. Now you can choose the right folder and see the image you need. Our site is still under construction, but we already see the advantages.

Not only do I like the product, but I was very pleased that devowl.io took the the time to fix a compatibility issue with the Theme I am using. They even gave me access to a pre-release of their next upgrade so I wouldn't have to wait for it. Great support!
