iubenda | All-in-one Compliance for GDPR / CCPA Cookie Consent + more

Iubenda customer support is EXTREMELY SLOW to respond. Worse yet, Iubenda’s customer support is extremely frustrating to deal with. Each time I contact the company for guidance, I feel that I’m receiving incomplete, vague, jargony, and confusing answers. I'll be switching to another company.

This is exactly what you want if you need to provide easily cookie consent on your website.

Difficult to set up, but it's required by google. The cost however is not worth the measly amount of money I make from adsense, so I guess I'll have to let adsense go. It was bad enough that the government taxed me as self employed on adsense (lucky if i make 1 dollar a day). Now they require this expensive addon to the website. I'm done.

Il plug in fa quello che deve fare come tutti gli altri, ma è fin troppo complesso (il test per capire quali plug in e software dobbiamo aggiungere nei documenti per rispettare la normativa GDPR) e non garantisce nulla, visto che loro stessi a piè di pagina nel footer scrivono

Ma allora qualcuno mi spiega perchè dovrei pagare loro anche un migliaio di euro per ecommerce, quando comunque mi serve un DPO? Rivolgetevi a federprivacy che è meglio.

Il plugin funziona molto bene, anche se forse alcune opzioni più "tecniche" potrebbero essere spiegate meglio... ma è sicuramente un eccellente plugin :-)

I've had Iubenda for a year and a half and since I've had it customer support takes a minimum of 7 days to respond and since then when you open a support ticket it sends an automated email informing you that currently (1.5 years) there is a high demand. Not to mention that once you receive the reply, which in most cases did not solve the problem, you have to wait another 7 days. It basically took me 1.5 months to solve a problem. Now I have been waiting 3 weeks to solve another problem and obviously without success. Considering the cost of over €400 per year the customer service doesn't really seem to be up to scratch. I am actively looking for another plugin.
