Good blocks, bad management

I have been using these blocks for some time. They are good, but the time it takes for someone to not only release updates but also respond is quite bad. I really think it could be handled better.

Nice plugin but support is not responsive

It is a nice and fast plugin and have all required features in this plugin but one drawback, I haven't received any response from the support team. Might be because I am a free user and maybe support will reply only to paid users.

I am planning to buy it for a lifetime but due to this, I need to think about it twice. I didn't receive any single response from the support side that is the reason I have provided only a 4 Start rating.

I posted my issue more than a week ago.

In plugin documentation, they have a guids on using custom fonts, but in reality there is no option for using custom fonts in their plugin.

Amazing for building magazine style homepages

I just switched my theme to Trellis by Mediavine and even though the theme is great for speed and passing web core vitals you have to use Gutenberg to build a home page if you don't want a standard blog roll look. All other page builders will slow down the site that's why Trellis is only recommended to use Gutenberg to build a home page which has some limitations in what you can do. However, after trying myself for days to build something worthwhile I couldn't with just the normal Gutenberg, I even paid a designer to make something with Gutenberg, but again it still looked poor. Anyway, after coming across this plugin, I managed to build an amazing home page with relative ease using the Gutentor addon plugin. It has some amazing blocks and is perfect for building magazine layouts. I highly recommend this plugin for Gutenberg!
