Very poor customer support and refund policy nonexistent! Stay away!

We purchased this a license in November last year and realised after purchasing that many of the plugin features advertised on the website at the time were actually only available if you purchased other add-ons.

We immediately emailed the author via their support email to ask for a refund based on their 14-day policy as shown on the website. We have sent a total of 4 emails and 2 support requests via their website and haven't heard anything back. Very disappointing!

Be aware that if you purchase, it seems very unlikely that you will be able to access customer support, especially if it's in regard to a refund!

El pluging tiene muchas funciones interesantes pero por favor cambien el link al changelog en "Ver detalles de la versión…" previo a actualizarlo, porque dirije a la descripción del plugin y NO a su changelog como corresponde.

Getting better! Support was fast

I had a few issues with some of my plugins getting started with Adminify, I had to clear my browser cache after installing or the admin would not appear, but once I finally reached out to support they were able to solve the issues really fast via Live chat on their site and implement a fix across their plugins. Now things are looking very good inside my client's admins and my agency site. Great job!

Had a few issues with menus not showing up and video embed not working in dashboard, but support was helpful and they fixed the issue pretty quick - within 24 hours. Working great now.

I did the test. This is a really good WordPress admin dashboard. WP Adminify admin staff are friendly support and quick response. I really really recommend it.

This is a very comprehensive WordPress UI app that provides a host of management tools to make the Admin screens neater. Plenty of option to micro manage the screens. Includes full White Box if needed.

Their support is second to none, i posted an issue on the forum here, i received the same day a reply, and within days they fixed and released an update for a very specific issue i had, simply unbelievable.
