This is an excellent plugin with support that goes above and beyond to be helpful. I have had websites since last century (!) and I don't think I've ever had cause to write anything like this before, certainly not lately. I haven't had a chance to see if this plugin adds much load to the site yet but it's allowed me to create a variety of transactional email templates that are prettier, convey more/better information and fill in some odd longstanding deficits in the core Woo offering - eg: a working url in footer etc. It's a bit of a fiddly process to set up, at least it was for me, but the support crew assisted immediately - the live chat is genuinely live - no bots and speedy tech/dev help if required.

Support helped with saving templates

We have recently migrated from Shopify to WP with Woocommerce and were having difficulty editing the email templates. We wanted our emails to not display the customer payment instructions but it kept returning an error when saving the template with the upper left save button. But Mia helped by explaining that we needed to click the save button from within general first. It sounds so simply but we just didn't see it so it was simply user error. Having this app helps with editing the email templates tremendously and I would recommend it to everyone!
