Fast support and great plugins.

I give this plugin 4 stars. It's generally great but there are often conflicts with other plugins, especially with the checkout field customization. The email window dropped out and it took a while to fix/troubleshoot.

The addin has helped me achieve all of the things I required when I started out with the project I am working on. The features are excellent and the implementation documentation is comprehensive and well written. When I did run into any challenges the support team assisted me and showed me how they fixed my issues and my issues were resolved quickly. I would recommend this plugin for anyone trying to enhance their WooCommerce experience.

This is the only support team I know of that goes out of their way to help you and solve your issues. They actually care about your problems, and they give you tangible Ways to resolve them. Wouldn't recommend anything else

Going downhill fast

This plugin used to be awesome and have great support, but over the last few months it has begun to crash & burn.

Support went from helpful to ignorant and difficult to deal with .Suddenly they refuse to acknowledge major issues and shrug them off, with no commitment to even fix the issue in a reasonable time.

Time to find a new solution as the team behind this has dropped the ball big time.

I had an issue with the saving of Elements in the settings page - Saidul Islam advised it would possibly be a server issue - switching off ModSecurity solved it. all sorted in less than 1 hour
