Ok, before track ship I had customers constantly asking me for tracking information and it was time consuming. Now that I have Track Ship my customers are emailed the tracking information when the order has shipped. Along with that, my customers are also able to review their orders in their account control panel which is a huge value add. Works right out of the box and supports every shipping method available. Totally worth the money to support this great plugin.

I tried the competition. I tried Klaviyo. I tried WooCommerce plugins. All were useless.

TrackShip was like a revelation! Firstly, it actually works and secondly the level of support has been incredible. Even though most of the issues I contacted support about turned out to have nothing to do with the TrackShip plugin.

The bottom line is that I simply couldn't run my business without it.

Very helpful. I am also using it for tracking Amazon shipments through the API. A better integration and improved dashboard would be helpful. Otherwise exactly what I need.

Important Plugin!

I saw this plugin and started with a free version way back when. It was awesome! After a period of time, I saw the real value in easily being able to see the delivery status of my customers' orders, and being able to communicate that information to my customers. It gave me the appearance of professionalism, and gave my customers comfort in knowing where their order may be in the delivery system.

I tried to see if there was something baked into WordPress or WooCommerce that would do exactly the same thing - maybe I could save a couple of dollars? I looked. I tried. I failed. This is THE product. Unless or until someone else makes a better mousetrap, or TrackShip makes some magical update - this is the product you need on your website if you are shipping products.

Beyond that, on a couple of occasions as a novice webmaster, I have run into issues with the plugin. A simple email to Eran the owner and a quick response later, I have always been back up and running. The problems that I faced were actually all of my own making, but Eran has always been kind enough to get me back up and running.

I am a very pleased, long-term customer - and that isn't going to change any time soon!!!
