About Root Relative URLs

This WordPress plugin converts URL formats to root-relative URLs, making it easier to transition between different hosting environments and to debug and test from mobile devices. It also modifies the tinyMCE hooks to ensure that links and media embedded in your site only insert URLs from the root of your site, preventing any accidental references to the wrong resources. Please note that it does not support domain-based MU sites.
