I experienced a bug in the plugin that was due to the HPOS update in core woocommerce. I emailed customer support, and received a very thorough back-and-forth response that gave me confidence, after running some tests on my end, that a recent update had already fixed the bug.

Hopelessness and silence

The plugin does not do what they say and support is next to useless.
I have asked for a refund three times and each request has been ignored.

Users forced to select an amount even though there is only a single amount

Installed, activated, and configured the plugin. In the store, you can see the gift card and the amount. However, there is a dropdown that must also be selected for the amount. If you remove the option to pick an amount (because you only offer one amount) in the gift card setup, you receive no warning. In the frontend, users can never add a gift card to the cart because there is no longer an amount dropdown to select the single amount.

not compatible with CURCY - Multi Currency

I am satisfied overall but when a gift card is bought in a foreign currency using CURCY - Multi Currency plugin, the credited amount is completely incorrect. I am not talking about an approximation here, but a completely inconsistent amount.
I have talked to the support and they may have tried but the result is still incorrect after many months.
I have renewed for a year in a hope they correct, but I won't renew again if it is not solved.

WARNING - Does not work with Woocommerce Blocks

If you must use Woocommerce Blocks, this plugin will not work at all. You will be able to sell a gift certificate but the customer cannot use the gift certificate.

Company does not disclose this information, so if you are using WooPay, or something similar that has full block dependency, it will not work and they will not issue a refund. You will have to take it up with your CC company.

Customer support is the worst on their best day. If you get a reply within a week, be happy.

Very nice and easy functionality, but email templates looks cheap and not editable as we though. Asking for refund. Support doesnt reply, it looks like plugin is abandoned.
