The plugin as enormous potential, don't you have a DEV? The button to select the pick up point is not translated I have to do it manually every update. Is very easy to fix that! I don' understand why you don't do it...
Never use this company, 7 days protection

If you own an e-commerce business, consider using other companies that offer extended protection for your shipments.
I often ship with UPS via packlink and they offers 14 days of coverage.But Packlink does only 7 days. So No matter what you have insurance on your shipping, your insurance will be valid only 7 days after delivery including weekends.
I have been using their service for over two years without issues until I encountered a problem this year. One of my shipments went missing, and I filed a claim on the 8th day, right after the weekend. Packlink rejected my claim, citing their policy of only accepting claims within 7 days after delivery to the UPS shop. Even though UPS confirmed my loss and was willing to refund it under their 14-day policy, they required Packlink to fill out the necessary forms. Packlink refused to cooperate.
This experience revealed that Packlink's policies are not aligned with EU regulations, which grant consumers protection for 14 days. Their refusal to comply with these regulations left me with no recourse.
I discovered several other companies that offer better terms without membership fees. Many provide more affordable shipping rates and extended protection for up to 20 days. Switching to a more reliable company can better safeguard your business.
For the sake of your business, seek out a more dependable shipping service that offers comprehensive protection and better customer support.
Con la version 3.4 deja de verse los pedidos

Con la versión 3.4 cuando intentas editar un pedido los detalles se quedan en blanco. Se soluciona bajando a la version anterior 3.3.4
Traductions non fonctionnelles

Les fichiers de traduction sont bien présents avec le plugin mais ils ne sont pas pris en compte. Le plugin ne s'adapte pas à la langue de la boutique.
Nouvelle maj casse mondial relay ...

Déjà que les traductions pour les livraisons via mondial relay ne sont pas faite, la dernière maj (3.3.1) à introduit pour ma part un bug sympa. Même en ayant choisi un point de livraison, le message "Please select drop-off location" continu d'être la et bloque la validation du panier :)
Aller la solution : éditer le fichier packlink-pro-shippingresourcesjspacklink-checkout.js
et on remplace les [1] par [0] aux lignes suivantes.

Les gens ont oubliés qu'en informatique les tableaux commence à 0 ;)

0 SAV, pas de point relais

Les points relais (mondial relay, chronopost...) ne s'affichent pas sur mobile, ça affiche une page blanche et j'ai eu 0 retours du SAV. C'est embêtant car les clients ne pourront pas passer commande via leur mobile et ça peut faire perdre beaucoup de ventes inutilement.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un conflit entre plugins car j'ai quasiment tout désactivé et le problème est toujours présent. Mon site est construis avec DIVI.
Couriers plugin issue

I used your plugin together with another service, after the last update, you reset all couriers from you and I had to set up them again and it turned out that you disabled my main courier without asking me for permission, when I re-enabled it, I don't see your couriers!!!. If you wish to have a monopoly like this, I will turn off your plug. Contact with help borders on a miracle, they never write back.

Funciona genial y cuando he tenido cualquier contratiempo, siempre contestan a tiempo y de forma muy profesional. Estoy encantada con el servicio que prestan. Y los precios de envío son de lo más competitivo.
Does what it should, but has problems with PDF Library

It does everything like expected. But i have problems generating my PDFs for orders. Using German Market Plugin here. If Packlink is active it doesn't work with PHP 8. Only if i use PHP 7.4.
I had send this issue above one year ago to the support, but nothing changed.
Here is what they said:
"German Market uses the PHP library "FPDF" to generate PDFs for delivery notes and return slips.
If this library already exists in another plugin, German Market will not include it again, but use the files already included.
Apparently the FPDF library in the "Packlink Pro Shipping" plugin is deprecated. The plugin should use a current version of FPDF. You would have to contact the support of this plugin."
