I've been using OptinMonster for a while now and am consistently impressed by the high standard of service they provide. Their customer service is genuinely top-notch. Every time I've reached out with technical questions, not only have they been prompt in their responses, but they've also displayed incredible patience, ensuring that I fully understand the solution before moving on. Their dedication to helping customers until a problem is completely resolved is commendable. It's a rare find in today's digital world to come across such a dedicated team that truly values its customers. Highly recommended!

We've been using OptinMonster for a number of years now and not only is it competitively priced, it works really well. We're running multiple campaigns and they're all performing really well. The metrics are a little basic but enough to give you an idea on how well its performing. Recently we've had a couple of issues for page targeting however the support team have been really good and jumped on it straight away.

plugin jiggle on the side of WP Admin is hateful

OptinMonster, as a tool, is user-friendly and intuitive. The only reason I didn't give the plugin a 5-star review is because some of its tutorials and guides are a bit dated and don't accurately represent the step-by-step process, in particular when it comes to integrations with other apps (e.g., mailchimp), or the tutorials aren't sufficiently clear. The good news is that customer support is swift to reply and provide solutions even when not available by chat, making fixes when needed and providing videos and screenshots for future reference. Not to mention they are friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Alyssa who is outstanding.

The process to have OptinMonster create my first pop-up was fabulous. I'm good once I have a structure to work with and the team gave me a solid foundation that only required a few tweaks. From the time I submitted my request to having an active pop-up was I was ready to go in under 48 hours. Full 5 stars.

I had a problem with linking a new website to OptIn Monster. The support was able to help me and I was very happy. The person in charge was attentive very friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her.

Waste my time. I am not giving my credit card to a company if I can't try their product first. To advertise as free and then require credit card to even register and not offer a free tier is super shady.

I contacted their support and they were very proactive in responding. Definitely something I appreciate.

I took a leap of faith and bought a one-year subscription to OptinMonster's growth plan. I'm using it, along with their custom domains add-on, as an ad-block detector and mark some pages as premium content for subscribers only. It paid for itself with new subscribers in less than two weeks! I wish I had known about it years ago. Highly recommended.
