Does what the plugin says it does

Does what the plugin says allow for no comments on page which is want I need as I didn't wan to have to moderate comments or let people comment on pages. Plugin is kept up to dat and never had to use support from my side or now issues with the plugin.

I'm relatively new to WordPress and setting up a new site. No comments are needed (at this stage in its life) but one or two pages and posts had crept in with comments enabled. I've used this plugin to disable comments on all current and future pages and posts. The site will be launched on 01 May 2017 - and with this plugin I'll manage to launch it as I mean to go on - clean and simple. The 'No Page Comment' plugin will be part of my standard battery of tools for any new sites.

had trouble finding where to 'enable' Disqus comments box on all my "Pages" (without having to do it manually using shortcode.) used No Comments plugin and my problema was solved post haste.

It's crazy that WP changed a default setting without offering a way to reverse the change from the Admin. Thank you for fixing the problem. The only suggestion I have is to make the wording in the settings more clear. Instead of "Disable comments on new" it would be more clear to say something like "Check the boxes to disable comments or trackbacks on new:"

Even better would be to make it so checked boxes mean comments or trackbacks are enabled. I think that fits better with the way people think about a program's functionality. Checked boxes usually mean enabled not disabled.
