Support & plugin both are A+

By meroving on June 23, 2025

Great plugin and super-fast great support!

Horrible. They refuse to do ANYTHING about the thousands of issues

By joyryde on June 16, 2025

Plugin has hundreds of complaints and issues in the forums, and all they do is tell you to email them, and then they do nothing to resolve the flaws in the plugin. Hence the 2 star average reviews. What a disaster. Additionally, our hosting company, Cloudways, found that this plugin is the #1 resource hog on their entire server, using over 10 times the CPU of any other plugin on our website.

Crashes wordpress site

By bonifan88 on June 10, 2025

Installing on the latest Wordpress gets into conflict with other plugins, crashing the whole site with a 500 internal error. Had to reboot all my plugins.

Not worth the trubble.

By Victor Marcoianu (sendesign) on May 30, 2025

Not all products are synchronized. Conversions are not registering. Other plugins do the job much better and much faster.

Doesnt even support all types of Woocommerce products

By dazman88 on May 14, 2025

Really annoyed to find out that an official woocommerce plugin doesn't support its own official product types. You charge $200/year for composite products, is it too much to ask to expect those products to show in this plugin?

Super slow, it doesn't synchronize

By ai4k Web Design (soylaostia) on May 9, 2025

0 products synchronized, the whole website became very slow, and google is just pushing the ad business. scam?

Their support is unique

By Giuseppe (govisola) on May 4, 2025

I have always had a positive experience with their support. Without them, I would feel lost. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Forced signups to unrelated accounts

By Graeme (gkodes) on April 25, 2025

Why am I forced to use a WordPress.org account in order to sync my catelogue with Google services on a non-Wordpress.org host? They are unrelated and unnecessary. I don't like it when my information is forcibly shared with a unrelated third party like this. That's not privacy friendly at all. Now I just feel like I am being watched.

Wrong synchronization

By advanxeprintshop on April 23, 2025

Wrong synchronization, product description is transferred to html including < H 1> etc..etc…merchant effect sospseso for violation of guidelines, deleted the plugin opened a new merchant connected via API all perfect, I would review the plugin and how it exports data…if this issue is fixed I will go back to the plugin and review my rating
