GiveWP – Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform

We've chosen to use GiveWP to solve a client's needs as it gets us 90% of the way there. We needed to extend it and add some functionality, but we weren't quite sure how to approach that work. The support team at GiveWP have provided helpful pointers, as well as confirming whether something was actually possible full stop -- and raising it as an internal feature request when we couldn't extend it. GiveWP integrated with CCavenue gateway is not working, it loads for ages when connecting with CCavenue gateway when clicked Donate now. Can anyone help me please?

Give WP support is unrivaled. Their support is patient and enduring, they stick it out to help you troubleshoot plugin conflicts or random glitches. They've been helpful and amazing along the way. On top of this, they provide tons of customization through their own add-ons and documentation. Truly an amazing experience to work with their team and product!

fantastic plugin, really good and fast support

We had some issues with the plugin after allowing our software updates to lapse, but Rick from GiveWP had us back up and running in no time. His courteous, patient guidance led us right to the issue, and we now have a functional donation page once again. Fantastic customer service!

This plugin works great, and gives many options we really like – recurring revenue and selecting various programs to donate to. They even let us use on our development servers while building out the new website and reviewed our form after the website went live to make sure everything was working properly with recommendations to switch to Stripe - Credit Card vs. Checkout (to embed the cc form).

What an amazing plugin. Easy setup and run smoothly

Right after a fundraising dinner where everyone was given a donation QR code to scan, GiveWP released a plugin website which crashed our entire website - “critical error” on Wordpress including the Wordpress dashboard and back end. They should not be describing their plugin as “robust”. Dismal performance.

Our organization has been using GiveWP for several years on two websites. I cannot say enough good things about the plugin. Ease of use, documentation, customer service, the best support teams. Its simple for our donors and any time we have had an issue it has been resolved quickly and completely. Rick and Matheus with their support team are endlessly patient and have ensured we are able to resolve all issues.
