when it is working it works well... But the setup page i had to do on another browser that i was not logged into Facebook, and the plugin itself on the page keeps flashing in and out of existence. Very buggy

Don't get me wrong it works great but when using in conjunction with something like zendesk or crisp. FB doesn't allow for you to reach back to them after their ticket has been closed for 24 hrs. rendering it useless
