I will never use or purchase from Envato ever again. Their offer "extended support" for themes that haven't been up-to-date since 2017. I've had compatibility issues with the latest WordPress version, causing breakage. When I contacted them they sent me a wooshy washy "double-talk" email saying because I used the theme already, they don't offer refunds. So no support nor refund.

It's going on two weeks! Two weeks and i am not getting satisfaction on why I cannot access my downloads. In fact, the latest email states they are closing my ticket. Support is weirdly non-functionqal.

The idea is good but it does not work. For example, most of the WordPress themes are not the same as in the Live Preview, most of the animations do not work and there is no one you can contact about it.
Maybe if they would check the items they offer so that everything corresponds to the description and offer support for the products they sell it would be a nice service. But at the moment everything I found on Envato Elements is a waste of time and money, better design the website from scratch, it is easier.
The fact there is no review system for the elements and themes they have is saying it all!

Hey everyone!
Just to let you know that if you have a good host or manage your own, you won't have the issues people describe here.
Now, I don't blame you if you just started and found tons of reviews of a good affiliate hosting, instead of a good hosting provider.
Just ask your host about the PHP modules that they didn't installed, and now are causing issues (and not just here).
Then, if they fix it, good.
If they don't, get out ASAP.
As for the plugin, yes, Envato could have put a bit more effort since the videos and other stuff are not there.
But I don't know how well WP itself would take it if Envato really put some effort and all the resources they have on the site, there.
We're talking about plugins and themes. Just like the repo.
Anyway, hope it helps someone.

I paid $43 for a video on Envato Element. The attachment couldn't open with Microsoft Windows or Quicktime..All new versions. I sent them an email and I sent the author and email and they never responded. I'm going to my bank for a refund. DON'T USE ENVATO ELEMENTS. THEY HAVE BAD/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NO GOOD.

Tons of assets, everything you may need to develop your website.
The yearly fee is good value for money especially if you plan to develop a few websites and not just one.
But for one website, a 1-month subscription could do the job.
Templates don't import properly

I have been using this plugin since it came out as I have a pro envato account but it does not work well at all. I try to import a template kits and it doesn't import like it shows in the preview, it sets everything to default colours and when you try to import the global kit it gives an error then makes you recreate kit
