Category Sticky Post is a plugin that allows you to mark a post to be displayed at the top of each archive page for a specific category. It provides light styling that should look good in most themes and is fully localized and ready for translation. The plugin was developed with the desire to perform the same functionality on the developer's own blog, following WordPress coding standards and using native WordPress APIs.Screenshots
