Element Pack Elementor Addons (Header Footer, Free Template Library, Grid, Carousel, Table, Parallax Animation, Register Form, Twitter Grid)

Element Pack has great widgets - ACTUALLY - but sometimes they simply stop working. I just had to delete lots of Hover-Boxes, since they stopped showing the images in the frontend. And we were not able to find the reason why. It is also not very compatible with crocoblock. Help is very poor, you do not find a lot in youtube or elsewhere. The marketing is great though!

The plugin works as expected. Absolutely outstanding by all means. Tons of designs, and tons of options, and everything is very handy, and oh, that live copy-paste feature… wow… it saves a lot of time.
Anyway, I love all your other plugins :)

Having a good product is one thing - and BD Themes has that with the Ultimate Post Kit. Another, much more important thing is the fast support in case things don't work out. And there BD Themes was ultra fast and helpful. You can count on these developers.

It's been more than 2 months ago that we contacted the support regarding the major flaws in their Search widget. Till date the ticket/thread is open with the issue unresolved. All that they would say is, that they couldn't find where exactly the problem is. 1 Star is more for this as that is the default lowest rating that should be given.

I am correctly using the Pro version of the plugin, I can testify it is indeed a wonderful Elementor extended plugin to work with, which I never regretted buying. Not to mention, there is a Free Theme: Rooten Theme that comes alongside the Plugin, with it your work is breeze and a wonderful support.

We used this plugin for a longer time and basically we were satisfied. We used the premium version which we bought some time ago. Finally I only can give 1 star, because the plugin was deleting the premium elements by itself from our webpage once the premium subscription has ended. This was a disaster for us, because there was no way to recover the webpage.

No pre-warning of the plugin or something else. The plugin just deleted every element from our page. So we spent a lot of time to recover the page elements by using standard Elementor elements.

Also the support of BDThemes did nothing else except saying "sorry". No refund, no free subscription, no other help. They just closed the ticket without any solution.

So be careful by using this plugin on your page.
