That's the best way to describe this plugin and the customer service behind it. On paper, it looked to be the answer to my prayers. Upon implementing it, there was a slight issue in CSS and configuration that I wanted to know more about. Headed over to their website, jumped on a webchat with them and instantly they were working on the solution. Answered questions, gave advice - excellent stuff. Could not be happier with the plugin, or service - really A+ job guys!

I just upadeted woo and wp to the latest release, and I keep getting a console log javascript error caused by "add-fields-to-checkout-page-woocommerce". Only disabling this module fixed the issue

a javascript error after update breaks my webshop, and prevented some sales. I had to remove this plugin. Sadly the developers do not fix it after I pointed this out.

Works well, just what I needed. Even bought the paid version for some extra features, money well spend. Support,even free is also great.

I installed the plugin, and so far it's working great. I simply needed a new field for customers to input their ID numbers. The plugin made it easy to set this up. Nice work, thanks for building this!
