Managed WordPress hosting, explained.
Every InstaWP site is fully managed WordPress hosting on a real server. Here's what actually runs it, in detail.

Served from the edge, in milliseconds.
Every page and asset is delivered from the nearest global edge location. CSS and JS are Brotli-compressed, and static responses are cached at the edge. Purge a site's cache in one click or from the API, and watch hit-rate per site.
Attacks blocked before they reach WordPress.
A managed firewall with maintained OWASP rules sits in front of every site, with DDoS mitigation, bot filtering and rate limiting. SSL is issued and renewed automatically for every domain. You see exactly what was stopped in the firewall log. No security plugin, no premium add-on.
Break something? Roll back in seconds.
Automatic off-site backups, daily on Plus plans and up, plus on-demand backups you can create any time before a risky change, all saved as restore points you can browse and restore in seconds. Restore the whole site, and download any restore point whenever you want it.
Build on a sandbox, go live in one click.
Start on a $2 sandbox, then promote the same site to a live tier with one click. Same URL, same data, no export, no import, no migration plugin. Push only the changes you want from staging without clobbering live content.
A real server, not a locked-down panel.
Full, unrestricted WordPress with SSH on every plan, from the browser terminal or your own. Run WP-CLI, deploy with Git, tail logs, edit over SFTP, switch PHP versions and tune limits. Install anything you like. The guardrails other managed hosts put up simply aren't here.
Persistent object cache Plus plans and up
A Valkey object cache holds queries and transients, so logged-in and WooCommerce pages stay fast under load.
Domains & SSL
Buy a domain in-platform or map your own. DNS and certificates handled and auto-renewed. Resell white-label.
Uptime & SSL monitoring Included with InstaWP site management
Multi-region checks with response-time history, plus email and Slack alerts.
Per-site daily billing
Each site on its own $5 to $45 tier, billed by the day. Change any tier any day, prorated. No annual contract.
Fleet management
Run every client site from one dashboard: bulk plugin and theme updates, health checks, white-label reports.
InstaOptimize Pro plans and up
Media is compressed and reformatted automatically, with no quality drop you'll notice and no plugin to manage. Available on Pro plans and up.
Backed by real humans, not a ticket queue.

Questions, answered straight.
Is this cloud hosting or shared web hosting?
Cloud hosting on our own infrastructure, not shared web hosting. Every site is isolated with its own Linux user, database and PHP-FPM pool, so a busy neighbour cannot slow you down.
What does WordPress hosting cost here?
From $5 a month per live site, billed by the day, up to $45 for high traffic. A sandbox for building or staging is $2 a month. No annual contract.
Where are the servers?
Pick from five regions: the US, UK, Germany, Singapore and Australia. Backups are stored in your site's own region.
Can I move an existing WordPress site over?
Yes, and migrations are always free. Our team moves it for you, usually inside an hour, with no downtime.
How often are sites backed up?
Daily on Plus and above, kept for 30 days. Starter is weekly and a sandbox is monthly. Restore any point yourself, or download it.
Do I get SSH, WP-CLI and my own PHP version?
On every plan. SSH from the browser or your own terminal, plus WP-CLI, Git, SFTP, and PHP 7.4 through 8.5 switchable per site.
What is managed WordPress hosting?
Managed WordPress hosting means the host runs the infrastructure layer so you do not have to. Here that covers the server, the edge CDN, the firewall, SSL, off-site backups, caching and updates, all handled for you and included in the plan price rather than sold as add-ons. You keep full control of WordPress itself, including SSH and WP-CLI.
Is managed WordPress hosting better than shared hosting?
For anything you care about, yes. On shared hosting hundreds of sites share one pool of CPU and memory, so a busy neighbour slows you down. Every site here is isolated with its own Linux user, database and PHP-FPM pool, its own CPU allocation, and a managed firewall and CDN in front of it. You also get the things shared hosts charge extra for, like off-site backups and a WAF, inside the plan.
How is this different from a VPS?
A VPS hands you a bare server and the job of running it: patching, PHP, caching, backups, firewall rules, monitoring. You get the same freedom here, including SSH, WP-CLI, Git and your own PHP version, without owning the operations. If something breaks at the infrastructure layer, it is ours to fix, not yours.
Is there a cPanel?
No cPanel, and nothing pretending to be one. Sites are run from the InstaWP dashboard, where domains, SSL, backups, staging, caching, PHP versions and your whole fleet live in one place. If you would rather work in a terminal, SSH and WP-CLI are on every plan.
Can I host a WooCommerce store?
Yes. Turbo at $25 a month is sized for it, with 6 vCPU, 50 GB of storage and 125 GB of premium CDN. WooCommerce leans hard on uncached, logged-in pages, so the in-memory object cache included from Plus upward is what keeps carts and checkouts quick under load.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial to forget about. You get $25 in free credits when you add a card, enough to run a site for months, plus a 14-day money-back guarantee. Building or staging costs $2 a month until you take the site live.
Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
We do not publish an uptime percentage. We would rather describe what we actually run than commit to a figure we cannot substantiate. Every site is isolated, monitored from multiple regions with email and Slack alerts, and backed up off site, and our full security and availability posture is published openly.
Do you work for agencies running many client sites?
That is most of who uses this. Each client site sits on its own tier, so a brochure site costs $5 and a store costs $25 instead of everything paying the store price. Run the whole fleet from one dashboard with bulk plugin and theme updates, health checks, white-label reports and a portal for your clients.
WordPress hosting people actually like.
