Product Updates

#1 – Multisite Support for almost everything now

InstaWP continues to expand its capabilities with multisite support for all the features our portal offers.

Recently, we have added a more user-friendly UI icon for “Set Primary” to our dashboard so that multiple domain mapping becomes easier for our customers. You can find this option in your staging and hosted site settings (Map Domain feature).

Multisite Support for almost everything now

Migration support has also been enhanced, allowing multisite WordPress installations to be transferred seamlessly to and from InstaWP staging environments via the InstaWP Connect plugin.

#2 – Way to auto-login to specific pages in WaaS sites

You’re right that you have seen this option on the Edit Template > Advanced Options page. However, support for WaaS, which enables users to auto-login directly to specific pages, was recently added.

The above implies – You can now skip multiple login steps while managing a WaaS. This streamlined process will be particularly useful for site admins and clients. So, start making routine tasks quicker and more efficient across WaaS-managed sites as you go ahead.

#3 – Country name field (Billing > Tax Type)

A “Country Name” field is now added under the Billing section for tax type management.

This ensures more accurate tax calculations based on user locations and simplifies the invoicing process for international clients — awesome, isn’t it?!

#4 – Option to hide InstaWP menu for selected users

If you use InstaWP Connect plugin for multi-user sites, this news is for you!

For more refined user management, our staging and migration plugin now includes the option to hide plugin menu from selected users. With this, admins can stay assured of a more customized and secure experience.

Option to hide InstaWP menu for selected users

This feature is particularly beneficial for agencies and teams, as it ensures that users only have access to the tools and settings relevant to their roles, improving both workflow and security.
