Really Cool, simple to install and simple to use (Thanks for the Screenshots). I was looking for such a solution for a long time.
Specially to place my most important posts at the beginning of a category even if they are older. This also helps your SEO and Crawlers like Google and Bing to understand which pages are most important to your readers.
