I believe someone is paying money to add this useless plugin to WordPress with every installation. If you see this plugin, please remove it.

Serves no purpose to most users and developers can just Google for a plugin code example if they need one.

It's the most pointless plugin and is one of the first things that gets removed on a new installation. By default, there should be 0 plugins on new software.
