Managing your sites just got a whole lot easier and more secure.
Now, you can add users and assign them your preferred user role for all your sites connected to InstaWP. Simply copy their temporary access URL with credentials and share away!
#2 – Add a separate billing email address
Tired of forwarding your InstaWP subscription invoice to your finance department every month? We’ve got your back.
Head over to My Account > Plan & Billing > Subscription and add a billing email address to your account. This way, billing-related emails will go directly to you and the person handling your team’s billing. No more invoice relay races!
#3 – Provision to extend the lifetime of Shared Template sites
If you have a WordPress product demo configured with us, we’ve great news for you.
InstaWP can now send a link (via webhook) to extend the lifetime of your Shared Template sites. So, if you need to restart the expiry cycle for any of your sites created from a Shared Template, just let us know. Your demo sites will live to see another day (or several days, maybe)!
#4 – Import Updraft database or WordPress Backup Faster
Life’s too short for extra input boxes, right? So, we have removed the requirement of entering the site name, PHP version, server location, and WordPress version.
Now, you can import your WordPress site or database backup without all the extra steps. Fast and simple, just the way you like it. Enjoy!
#5 – Better user experience for free account holders
We thought adding a few essential plugins would be a good idea. But, after some analysis and user interviews, it turns out most of you prefer to uncheck those pre-selected boxes. Well, your preference is our priority!

Now you can more clearly see when your staging site will expire because of that little progress tracker. Oh, and deleting sites in WaaS now comes with a friendly confirmation, so you won’t accidentally nuke anything important. Release 2.39.0 is full of UI and API improvements.
