Uncanny Automator – Automate everything with the #1 no-code Automation tool for WordPress

I was looking for a solution to connect Fluent CRM to Twilio I came across this tool it also allows me to connect wpform to Fluent as well I had a problem with the setup, I reached out to support they responded quickly with a video help me work throw the problem.

This plugin is almost perfect, but for me, it needs more integrations, especially with the growth of platforms like Threads and BlueSky, especially with more people leaving Twitter/X and Facebook Groups are no longer available.

Discord integration would also be nice.

I regret only discovering this plugin now. Where have I been all this time? Thank you for this awesome plugin!

This awesome plugin keeps my whole page running. I have automated nearly everything with uncanny automator. If a client buys an online course, even my gamification features are based on uncanny automator in combination with MyCred.

Of course, there are an incredible number of plugins on the market, many of which have great and useful features and good support. But all of that would not do justice to Uncanny Automator. Not only is its range of functions so powerful, but its support is also top-notch. We had a special, complicated use case that the developers worked on until it was solved. And that's exactly what makes the difference! Staying on the ball, helping the customer and thus also setting your own product apart from the rest of the market! If I could, I would give these developers 6 stars.

Estou gostando muito do plugin, já utilizo a algum tempo, mas ultimamente tive que utilizar o sistema de e-mail marketing e quando fui tentar vincular a conta da Brevo via API, simplesmente não reconhece, já refiz inúmeras chaves de API, mas nunca funciona. Pode ver isso por favor. O Uncanny Automator não está reconhecendo a chave de API da Brevo, dessa forma, ficamos sem conexão.

With this plugin you can connect almost every platform and app to WP and WooCommerce. Incoming as well as outgoing data. Uncanny Automator is a very complex tool, so that we are able to realise easy and highly advanced tasks.

Support is there to help and to provide the right steps to follow, through very well thought out and comprehensive explanations. Also the pro version is absolutely worth it to really achieve whatever we imagined so far.

This plugin also permits us to be as compliant as possible with GDPR, as we can define for the webhook and API exactly which customer data is pushed from our server to other apps and automation tools. In our case ONLY first name and email address. This is not possible with WooCommerces own webhooks.

And the team keeps developing and improving every aspect with open ears and eyes for suggestions, to make things even easier.

It's hard to find words to describe the power and quality of Uncanny Automator. A truly outstanding piece of work, that adds huge value to our site. And the customer support is without parallel. These guys set the standard in every aspect of their work. Great stuff.

I have been so impressed with this plugin it has made things so easy to integrate, once you have it you will find many more ways of increasing your productivity you hadn't even thought of, I wouldn't want to be without it, the documentation and support is great as well, I couldn't recommend it high enough.
It is even better than Zapier and you get unlimited 'Zaps' for just the one fee.

I'm using the pro version of the plugin because I needed extra functionality. So far I have been blown away by the breadth of the capability of this product, the way it has been designed to work flexibly in many circumstances and how you can do some really quite complex things with it, including looping through posts and users. It compares very favourably with Zapier, but is way, way more capable within WordPress than Zapier ever could be.

Don't think that this is simple; sure you can do simple stuff with it and the learning curve is really not steep, as the UI is mostly very nicely conceived and executed, but you can get into some pretty complex stuff that would otherwise require a lot of PHP skill and WordPress knowledge.

However if you think the product is good, just wait until you experience their amazing support experience! I have raised quite a few support tickets, a few asking about stuff which goes beyond the otherwise good documentation, one asking if something fairly complex were possible and once when I ran into a bug. On all occasions they came back to me within 24 hours or less with answers, new functionality and a patch, respectively. I mean, when you ask a big software company about a bug or feature request they may come back to you in 3-6 months; these guys are providing solutions in days.
