Bait and switch! Can't add custom providers anymore

I installed this plugin on a new site today only to discover that the function to add custom providers (which I had been using for a long time) has been removed, it's now a paid feature. I'll be looking at alternatives straight away.

Can't believe how useless this plugin is. Saw a video on youtube that is 8 months old where this plugin seems like the best one out there. But after a few updates I believe it's been completely changed.

I wish I could share an image of the available shipping providers right now.

Since the last updates this is a useless plugin! Also, if you decide to deactivate it after using it for some time your orders will be messed up as hell! Do not recommend it at all....

I had a compatibiliy error on a old WooCommerce version and the support fix it in few days with a new release. Nice work

bad integration with newest versions

With updating to the newer versions (3.4.5 and above), the design of mails and invoices looks shredded. Also the "Tracking Widget customizer" looks like a customizer integration, but don´t work at all. Settings and translations don´t get saved and access to this "customizer" is only possible through the AST-settings page instead of the wp-customizer as intended. It seems this plugin wants to much after all the good time and I´m looking for another/better one.

Didn't work and support is terrible

I bought the PRO version after asking if it customized the provider. They said yes in support. It didn't work. After N msg in chat, which takes around a day to respond, and no response to emails, I was told that I should talk to the provider's support and that the plugin does not customize the provider ( even I had already explained that my business is the provider and that I had purchased the plugin for the tracking service to pull the Woocommerce status before bought). I canceled it, then another support person got in touch to say that it would have to be the PRO version to work. INSANE!!!! Since Then they answered me that the plugin doesn't pull the woocommerce status and that it's only possible to customize the image and the company name, but it doesn't pull the statuses if the provider is customized
