So in the last 3 months, we aimed to empower you to sell WordPress websites with unparalleled ease and efficiency using InstaWP WaaS.
New Features that we rolled out
1. WaaS Options
a. Skip InstaWP demo site creation: Toggle this off to provide a Demo site option for your customers so that they can try it before buying.
b. Ask for payment in the beginning: Request the payment upfront, ensuring a seamless checkout process for your customers (and quicker payouts for you).
c. Skip steps for choosing template or hosting: If you only have a single template and/or a single hosting plan? Shorten the onboarding process by enabling this option.
d. Language chooser: Cater to a global audience with a language chooser feature that can help your English, Spanish, and German customers. (More coming soon).
2. WP User Role in Hosting Settings
You can now assign user roles to your customers while selling WaaS – directly within the hosting settings. So, whenever required, grant granular control over user permissions, ensuring security and access management. This option also allows you to offer a limited set of features to your customers by controlling the access they have.
3. Choose Domain
WaaS customers can now add the option to let their customers add a custom domain for the website they create.
If you have the white-label domain addon, this domain can be fully customized. If not, this custom subdomain will be created over an InstaWP domain (*.instawp.app).
4. Customize Email in branding
You can make your emails look special with InstaWP by adding your own colors and logo. This helps your emails stand out and look professional. And even above that, you have full control over the subject and body text of your email.
Remember to make them more customized using variables.
5. Custom CSS
InstaWP now lets you change how your email looks in lots of cool ways. You can customize the design to match your style and make them look really unique, matching perfectly with your branding. Custom CSS is the way 🙂
6. Contact Support Link
If you want to provide support to your customers on your own, there’s an easy way to enable it. Go to Branding and add a Custom Support Link there. Your customers will see this link after purchasing your WaaS.
7. Webhook
We recently added Webhook functionality to your WaaS websites. It lets you enable operations like WaaS custom checkout for SureCart, making it easier to manage your website and keep it running smoothly. You can also customize the email being sent when this webhook is triggered.
8. Generate Shareable WaaS Link
You can now generate a shareable link to simplify the process of sharing your WaaS. All it takes is – one click! Share it on social media or share it with your clients.
9. Integrations – Woo, SureCart, EDD, and WHMCS.
InstaWP now works seamlessly with other tools like WooCommerce, SureCart, Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), and WHMCS. This makes it easy to add features to your website and create a more powerful online presence.

Roadmap
1. Bulk Updation WaaS Websites
With Bulk Updation, it’ll be like cleaning up all your toys at once! You will be able to quickly update themes and plugins on lots of websites together, making it easier for your customers to take care of them. Actually, we have built and released this functionality for connected sites.
2. WaaS API
We are nerds, just like you. So, the word “API” is our favorite. Be ready to enhance the extensibility and integration capabilities of your WaaS sites with a dedicated WaaS API, empowering developers to build custom solutions and integrations.
3. Better EUP
To tell you the truth, we are already on it. Expect to improve your end-user experience with a revamped End User Portal really soon. Intuitive navigation and enhanced functionality for website management are our end goals for the EUP.
4. Deeper Integration with Woo, Sure, EDD, and WHMCS.
As we told above, WaaS now works with Woo, SureCart, EDD, and WHMCS. What next? Well, our plan is to make this superhero team even more available for you. Hope for a deeper integration so that the user doesn’t need to go through the flow at InstaWP, any & all setup for the website will be done on your website itself.
