What do I actually get with managed hosting?
Every site runs isolated, with its own database and its own PHP workers. Free SSL everywhere, CDN and WAF from Starter, a Redis-compatible object cache on Plus and above, PHP 7.4 through 8.5 switchable per site, and five regions across three continents that you choose.
Can you build a server around our workload?
Yes. If no standard plan fits, we build to order, up to 96 cores with memory and NVMe sized to match. Describe the workload in the form and we will scope it.
Do I need to talk to sales to start?
No. You can start on your own. Talk to us only if you want help scoping a migration, reselling, or running a fleet of sites.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. Your first migration is free, with zero downtime, across 21+ hosts via InstaMigrate. Bigger or trickier moves? Mention it in the form and we'll help.
How does billing work?
Per site, billed daily, from a $2 sandbox up to $45/mo production. To change the bill, park a site down to a $2 sandbox or delete it. Note: pausing a site alone does not stop billing. It stays on its tier.
Is there AI or MCP support?
An in-site WordPress MCP is live today. An AI agent can drive a single site now. Account-wide MCP and AI agents are coming soon; we'll be clear about what's shipped versus on the way.
