1.1.5

  • Integration – make sure third-party plugins calling wp_redirect() or wp_safe_redirect() without calling exit afterwards do not interfere with asynchronous actions ; exit should be called after these 2 functions unless there is a documented good reason not to, but some plugins (like Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On) or themes may not follow the WordPress best practices.

Conflict Question!

By Loay Bdair (loay0000) on December 10, 2024

Can i use "WP Remote Users Sync" with "WordPress Persistent Login" without any conflict?

This is HUGE.

By kboudreau on September 26, 2024

I have a BuddyBoss primary site and needed to grant the members access to another WordPress installation. This plugin made that possible. THANK YOU!

Truly excellent plugin

By alfy40 on September 6, 2024

This is truly an excellent plugin. It's the most enthusiastic 5-star rating I've ever given.

I have it working with Wordpress 6.6.1 in September 2024, and it works great. So you can ignore that message that it "hasn't been tested" with the latest version of Wordpress. The core functionality of user creation, deletion, update etc. hasn't changed and it's still working as great as when I tried it first a few years ago.

This plugin is not only great solution when a full-fledged single-sign-on approach with OAuth would be overkill, it's also great when you actually *need* a mirrored account in the other Wordpress, for example if you have a BuddyPress instance running next to your main website, and you need people who have an account on the first Wordpress to have one on the second as well, with password changes, logins, logouts, updates, etc. to be synchronized between the two.

Bravo, and please keep it going. Tu pourrais même faire payer ce plugin les gens paieraient pour sûr, il n'y a rien d'autre d'équivalent qui existe.

Great Job

Perfect plugin!

Working like an charm!

Don't go. Stay. Update. Wow.

By Giray on August 13, 2023

I just tested WP Remote Users Sync. I tested it extensively. All I can say is, please never go away, never stop updating this plugin, it's simply WOW. To those who said it could not be done, think again. This young (I think) programmer has created something brilliant. Granted, for now I've tested it with three sites and ten users so I don't know how much of a resource hog it will be when I up it to 10 sites and 25000 users, we'll see, but there are settings that allow for selective sync so I think it'll be fine. Again, even if you do other things, keep this one alive. Merci, merci, merci.

Plugin No Longer Being Updated

By mattk0220 on July 13, 2023

It's really a shame. This plugin was the go-to plugin for syncing users to multiple WP sites. But it hasn't been updated for a long time and unfortunately major core WP changes have taken place and there has been no reply from the developers regarding when or if it will be updated.

extraordinary plugin!
