Great backup program

Very easy to use. I've used it to restore my site 3 times so far after I caused the loss of portions of my site. Much easier than starting from scratch.

I have made multiple attempts at backing up our site. I cannot retrieve the backup file despite clicking download (that instantly says "100%") yet files are nowhere to be found. Why would I get the Pro version when the freemium doesn't work?

Simple interface and surprisingly fast backups.

There are so many backup plugins and most of them are terrible. I like this plugin compared to others I've tried (most of those in the official repository). The interface is clear, restoration is simple, doesn't choke on bigger sites so far. Will probably upgrade to Pro after a bit more testing.
