Job Description: We’re hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Support Intern to assist users during US overnight hours. This internship is ideal for night owls or candidates in western timezones looking to build experience in a fully remote customer service environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and support platforms
- Resolve basic technical or product issues with clarity and empathy
- Escalate technical challenges to appropriate team members
- Ensure smooth handoff of ongoing issues between support shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working overnight or late evening shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn internal systems
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior support or help desk experience is a plus
