Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Customer Support Intern to join our team and support users during European hours. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in customer-facing roles within a fast-paced, digital environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, friendly solutions
- Escalate more complex problems to senior support or technical teams
- Keep accurate records of user interactions and feedback
- Learn internal tools and support workflows to resolve requests efficiently
- Contribute to help center articles and internal documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Available to work the specified CET hours consistently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required
