We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our remote team and drive the development and success of our products.
As a Product Manager at InstaWP, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs. Your strong organizational and leadership skills, along with your passion for great design and the WordPress ecosystem, will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities
– Work closely with the executive team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS products within the WordPress ecosystem.
– Gather market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify user needs and market opportunities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and create product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
– Lead the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
– Drive product development through effective coordination and communication with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
– Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify areas for differentiation and innovation.
– Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and gather insights to make data-driven decisions.
– Ensure a seamless user experience by prioritizing user feedback, conducting usability testing, and gathering user insights.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS company or within the WordPress ecosystem.
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, set clear goals, and deliver results within deadlines.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
– Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product roadmaps.
– Good understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to translate them into intuitive and visually appealing product designs.
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
– Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
– WordPress background and familiarity with WordPress plugins and themes are a plus.
